Every tier includes the quarterly review, direct access when something is unclear, advice on vendors before you sign, and priority when something breaks. Only the hours differ. Unused hours roll over for up to three months. Work beyond your hours, or a project of its own, is €99 an hour. Prices excl. VAT. Dutch VAT of 21% applies; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge.
