Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and the choices you have. Last updated July 16, 2026.
The short version.
Framewright (framewright.cloud) is operated by Robert Kociemba. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site, why we collect it, and what choices you have. For any privacy question, email info@framewright.cloud directly — you'll get a reply from an actual person.
What actually gets collected.
Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and message. Submissions are processed by Web3Forms, our form-handling provider, and delivered to our email — we don't store them in a separate database ourselves.
Cookies. Small files stored in your browser. See the Cookies section below for exactly what we use and why.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies by default. These only become active if you opt in through the cookie settings button in the bottom-right corner of the site.
Why we collect it.
To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you ask about. To keep the site secure and functioning correctly (necessary cookies). To remember preferences like language, if you opt in. That's it — we don't sell your information to third parties, and we don't use it for anything beyond running this business and answering you.
The four categories.
Necessary — always on, the site doesn't work without these.
Preferences — remembers choices like language.
Analytics — anonymous usage data, off by default.
Marketing — used for ads and personalization, off by default.
You can change your choices at any time using the Cookie Settings button in the bottom-right corner of the site.
Who else touches your data.
Web3Forms processes contact form submissions so we can receive them by email. See their policy at web3forms.com. We may add analytics or other tools in the future; this policy will be updated accordingly, and any such cookies will remain opt-in, not default-on.
What you can ask for.
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, and delete them on request.
If you're located in the European Union (including Poland) or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@framewright.cloud.
If this policy changes.
We may update this policy from time to time as the site or services change. The date at the top always reflects the most recent revision.
