Questions people ask first.
What happens after I submit the form?
The enquiry goes straight to my inbox and I read it myself. If the problem is something I can help with, I reply with a suggestion for a short first conversation. If it is not, I say so and usually point you somewhere more useful.
Is the first assessment free?
Yes. Thirty minutes, no pitch deck, no obligation. You leave with an opinion on what is worth fixing first, even if we never work together.
Do I need to know which service I need?
No. Pick “Not sure yet” and describe what is going wrong. Working out which area it belongs to is my job, not yours, and half of these conversations start somewhere other than where the client expected.
Do you work with very small businesses?
Yes, and that is the normal case. Framewright is built for small and mid-sized companies with no IT department, where the owner makes the call.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Usually yes, and that is normally the better first step than replacing anything. I work with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform and the common CRMs. If something genuinely has to go, I will explain why.
Do you replace our current IT provider or agency?
That depends on what they cover and what is missing. Tell me who does what today and I will say plainly whether the gap is worth filling by me or by them. Plenty of arrangements work better with both.
Can we start with one small project?
Yes. The free assessment ends with what a practical first phase looks like, and that first phase is where we would start. Scope and terms get agreed in the conversation, not before it.
What information should I include?
What goes wrong, how long it has been going on, and roughly how many people it affects. Which tools you use today helps. You do not need a budget or a specification for a first conversation.
What is the Framewright Flow pilot?
Flow is in active development, so a pilot is a conversation about running it in your environment rather than a product you can buy today. Pick the pilot option in the form and I will explain exactly where the product stands and what a pilot would involve.
How do you handle confidential information?
Your enquiry goes to my inbox by email and is not kept in a separate database. If your situation needs a signed agreement before we discuss details, say so in the form and we will sort that out first.
